🎤 Inviting Music Artists

Please follow this process when inviting YouTube channels of normal music artists to join our discord server, if you have any questions about this process after reading this document then please send a message in the #staff-chat channel in our discord server and another staff member will advise.
1) Find a small music artists that uploads their own original music onto YouTube.
2) Check that the channel isn't already on the network leads spreadsheet to avoid us emailing the same channel more than once:
3) Ensure that they aren’t on the music artist blacklist:
4) Fill in all fields for the channel onto the music artist leads spreadsheet.
5) Send an email from your own @nightcore.com email address, like the following to the channel, you can normally find their email address on their about page or video descriptions: Subject: Music Network Discord Invitation
Hey [Channel Name], I like the sound of your music so I wanted to invite you to join our music networks’ discord servers if you're interested.
and - two vibrant networks where music creators and fans come together.
We have an artist channel in our Discord servers - a dedicated space for music artists like yourself to showcase their work and connect with our thriving community.
By sharing your music in the servers, you’re giving permission for our network members to create nightcore or slowed versions of your tracks for their channels. In return, you agree to accept any copyright disputes related to these versions.
It’s a fantastic way to get free promotion, grow your audience, and see creative interpretations of your music!

IMPORTANT:
Only send a maximum of 10 invitation emails per day to prevent our emails getting flagged as SPAM.
If a channel replies asking questions, then please reply with the answers, if you would like any help with how to respond to questions channels ask or you get a question that you don’t know the answer to, then please send a message in the #staff-chat channel on our discord with the email the channel has sent us, and another staff member will help provide a response to send.
If a channel responses to our email saying that they would like to join the server then please send them a reply like the following:
Hey [Recipient's Name],
We're thrilled to have you join our Discord communities. Here’s how to get started:

Be sure to let me know your Discord username when you join so we can assign you the Music Artist role.
We'll confirm once this has been assigned and then you can feel free to share your tracks in the Artist Channel and connect with our community. Please only share each song or video once ever and only in the Artist channel—sending the same content multiple times or in other channels isn’t allowed.

If a channel responds declining our invitation then send them the following reply:
Hey [Channel Name],
Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry to hear you’re not interested in joining our discord servers.
Is there any particular reason why you do not want to join?
Perhaps we can pursue you in some other way.
